Super Bowl LIX Memes
Even if football ain't your cup of sweet tea, the Super Bowl always brings out a flurry of hilarious memes. This year, folks had a field day with everything from game highlights to celebrity sightings. One meme that's been makin' the rounds shows a fan tryin' to stay awake during the game, only to dread the Monday morning alarm—a sentiment many of us can chuckle at.

Speaking of the Super Bowl and Chattanooga…

Our very own Samuel L. Jackson, who grew up right here in Chattanooga, just made a star-spangled splash at the Super Bowl halftime show. Dressed head-to-toe as Uncle Sam, he kicked off Kendrick Lamar's performance with a hearty, "Salutations, it's your Uncle Sam!”
It's always a thrill to see one of our own lighting up the national stage. From the Scenic City to the Super Bowl, Samuel L. Jackson continues to make us proud! In case you missed it, check out his intro:
Notebook LM
This just sounds like a really weird way to organize your notebooks at first glance, but stay with me here! I’ll tell ya about it like I told my Meemaw on the phone the other day when I first discovered it:
Well, Meemaw, you know how you always jot down recipes and family stories in your trusty notebook? Imagine if that notebook could read all your notes and tell you the important bits without you flipping through every page. That's kinda what Google's come up with.
You can also do other BORING stuff like:
Interrogate the PDF files that you have in your hard drive and make them spit out the important information that lives in it.
Turn all the information you have in a notebook into a podcast if you prefer audio learning (or just like listening to other people yap about what you’re learning about.)
Upload a bunch of documents, and it’ll help you find common themes and show how different pieces of information are connected.
Anyway, don’t take my word for it, go ahead and see for yourself! If you see that Mr. Google while you’re there, tell ‘em Bubby sent you.

Clementine’s Corner
Surprise! This first issue sure is a treat. Today, I'm thrilled to also introduce my best friend and the sharpest editor this side of the Tennessee River: Clementine 'Clemmie' McBride!
While I'm out chasing stories and adding my flair, Clemmie's the one jotting notes, fact-checking my tales, and ensuring our newspaper isn't just my dramatics. She's sharp as a tack, with a wit drier than a summer in the Smokies, and though she might be a bit of a know-it-all, she's got a heart bigger than Lookout Mountain and always backs me up when it counts.
Got a question about Chattynooga or the city? She’s yer bookworm.

Well, that’s a wrap, folks!
Well, friends, that wraps up our inaugural issue of Chattynooga! We're tickled pink you joined us on this journey through our beloved Scenic City. From local happenings to digital delights, we hope you found a nugget or two to brighten your day.
But hold your horses - we want to hear from you! Got a local event we should spotlight? A meme that's too good not to share? Or maybe a story from your neck of the woods? Don't be a stranger! Drop us a line below or give us a holler on our Instagram.
Do your taxes,
Bubby and Clemmie (she said she’d give me a knuckle sammich if I didn’t add her at the end)
